We take great care in designing a digital 3D preview of your miniature figurine. This preview is shared with you via WhatsApp and email for your review. You’ll have the opportunity to examine every detail and request modifications, if necessary. Our team is committed to ensuring that the design meets your expectations before proceeding to production. Once you approve the preview, the figurine moves to the next stage of manufacturing.
Production:
After your approval, our skilled artisans and advanced 3D printing technology bring the design to life. Each figurine is meticulously crafted using high-quality photopolymer resin & recycled bio plastic, ensuring precision and durability. You will receive real-time notifications to keep you updated on the progress of your order.
Delivery:
Once completed, your 3D miniature figurine is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. We share tracking details with you so you can monitor the delivery process and know exactly when to expect your masterpiece. It will take approx. 12-15 days from order placement to get the delivery at your doorstep.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
