Return and Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy(except 3D Miniture Human Figures ), which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns Policy

Our focus at Quantum Legends remains giving our customers total satisfaction throughout their experience. Our team focuses on creating outstanding custom products but knows your preferences may differ which leads to this policy. Contact us within 7-days after you receive the 3D model preview to cancel your order and receive a complete refund.

Here’s how the process works:

Refund Eligibility:

  • Contact us about your return requirements within 7 days from the reception of your 3D model.
  • We will initiate your refund following the authorization of your return request.

Design Charges Deduction:

  • We will be deducting the design charges and releasing the rest of the amount to the customer.
  • Money will return to your initial payment way after refund approval.

Refund Timeline:

We complete the refund procedure in 5-7 business days after approving refund request.

Important Notes:

  • When the 3D miniature production starts you will no longer be able to start a refund process.
  • This policy only applies to changes before preview processing starts.

Replacement Policy

We ensure that your gaming desk setup accessories and custom 3D miniatures are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product damaged during transit, you can request a replacement for the same.

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • A clear video of the package opening is mandatory as proof to validate your claim.

Process:

  • Submit your replacement request by emailing reachus@quantumlegends.com with the video proof, order ID, and a description of the issue.
  • Once verified, we will initiate the replacement.

Exceptions:

  • Damage due to mishandling after delivery is not covered under the replacement policy.
  • Custom 3D miniatures cannot be replaced for reasons unrelated to transit damage (e.g., changes in design preference).
