Production Process
Final Payment Before Dispatch

Any pending payment must be completed before dispatch.

Once your miniature is printed and passes our quality inspection, we will notify you to complete the remaining balance (if applicable).

Your order will be shipped only after full payment is received and confirmed.

Orders are generally delivered within 15 business days, depending on production requirements and delivery location.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
Each order can be shipped to one delivery address only. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Partial Shipments
Some orders may be shipped separately based on product availability, production schedules, or packaging requirements.
Delays & Order Cancellation
While we strive to dispatch all orders within the stated timelines, delays may occur due to production requirements, courier serviceability, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you promptly and process any applicable refund for the unshipped portion of the order.
Shipping Days
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
All items (including gifts) are shipped with an invoice mentioning the product price, as required under Indian Tax Regulations.
Refund for Cancelled Items
If any item in your order is cancelled by us:

Credit Card: Your card will not be charged for the cancelled item(s).

Debit Card / Net Banking: Your bank will be instructed to process the refund within 2 working days. The actual credit may take 7–15 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
